1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GetsLotte platform, you accept and agree to be bound by terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by above, please do not use this service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using GetsLotte, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To purchase lottery tickets, you must create account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Lottery Rules

Ticket Purchase: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once lottery draw has commenced.

Draw Times: Lottery draws occur twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:00 PM AEST.

Prize Claims: Winners have 12 months from draw date to claim prizes. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

Verification: We reserve right to verify identity of all winners before prize distribution.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made using valid payment methods. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment processing fees may apply.

You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all lottery ticket purchases.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any unlawful purpose

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent rules

• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with proper operation of lottery

• Use automated systems to purchase tickets

• Provide false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality on our website are owned by GetsLotte and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

GetsLotte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
