1. How do I create an account?

Creating account is simple and takes just few minutes. Click "Register" button at top of page and fill out the form with your personal details. You must be 18 years or older to create account.

After submitting form, we'll send confirmation email to your address. Click the link in email to activate your account and start playing.

2. When are the lottery draws held?

We hold regular lottery draws twice per week - every Tuesday and Friday at 8:00 PM AEST. Results are published immediately after each draw on our website.

We also run special monthly mega draws and occasional promotional draws throughout the year. Keep eye on our homepage for announcements about special draws.

3. How do I claim my prize if I win?

If you win prize, we'll notify you by email and SMS within 24 hours of draw. Small prizes under $1,000 are automatically credited to your account balance.

For larger prizes, you'll need to contact our support team to verify your identity and arrange payment. All winners receive their money within 48 hours of verification.

4. Can I play from outside Australia?

Currently, GetsLotte is only available to residents of Australia due to licensing restrictions. You must have valid Australian address to create account and participate in our lotteries.

We verify all player locations and may ask for proof of residency during account verification process. International expansion may be considered in future.
